The Program Structure

1. Monthly Live Teachings with Andrew Cohen:
   Each month, I will personally lead a live teaching session where we’ll explore advanced spiritual concepts and practices, addressing the challenges and opportunities that arise on the path of awakening.
2. Weekly Dialogue Groups:
   In these interactive groups, you’ll engage in dynamic discussions with fellow participants, exploring the teachings in greater depth and applying them to your life. These dialogues are a powerful opportunity to refine your understanding and strengthen your commitment.
3. Mid-Year 7-Day In-Person Retreat in Tiruvannamalai:
   Halfway through the program, we will come together in the sacred town of Tiruvannamalai, at the foot of the holy mountain Arunachala. This 7-day retreat will be an immersive experience of profound spiritual practice, teachings, and community. The retreat is an opportunity to dive deeper than ever before, in the presence of the timeless silence and inspiration that this sacred place embodies.
